Summertime fashion is the one thing on all of our minds as we head into Memorial Day Weekend. One of the most important accessories of the season is a good beach bag, of course. The perfect one is a mix between fashion and function, it needs to be roomy enough to fit all of the essentials, the fabric has to be pool or beach-ready (i.e. raffia, canvas, terry, straw, etc), and above all, it has to be fashionable. Which is why we did the digging and found the most stylish (and functional) beach bags of the season.

Oftentimes when we think of beach bags, we think of large structured totes. I like how this one by Khaite is a slouchy hobo shape giving it a more "fashion feel." This bag is big enough to function as a beach bag but stylish enough to be worn out and about in your summertime rotation.

This bag by Saint Laurent is the definition of fashion meets function. The oversized style can hold all of your beach day essentials. But, wait, there's more! You can also unhook the handles from the loops and lay it flat to use it as a towel. Genius!

LOEWE’S handmade woven bags are a fan favorite every summer. This season, the woven bucket bag is even more suited for summer thanks to this vibrant pink colorway. As part of the Paula's Ibiza collaboration, for every Iraca basket bag sold, LOEWE will donate to projects for the artisans communities who hand-make them.

The silhouette of this beach tote is made up of cotton-raffia discs that mimic Paco Rabanne's iconic chainmail. The chain-metal straps and touch of hardware throughout gives this bag an authentic feel while still remaining summertime-approved.

It's not summer without Missoni. The classic chevron-print bikinis, sarongs, caftans, dresses, towels, and of course, beach bags, belong on the Amalfi Coast. This bag is no exception — the terry material and bright colors are everything.

Not all beach bags need to break the bank. This one by & Other Stories is under $100 but looks way more expensive. What I love about this bag is the double strap, you can hold it using the top handle or throw it on your shoulder with the longer straps.

You can't go wrong with a classic canvas tote bag. The stress-free style is durable and easy to clean — perfect for a beach day.

The contrast between the classic Longchamp leather handles and the light-as-air netting is fun and fresh.
